Job Description

My client a well respected name in the sales service and support of commercial/industrial applications now has an immediate requirement for a General Manager to support its Northern Ontario operations.

In this position the candidate will have responsibility for and oversee the following;

• All fiscal, operational and performance responsibilities
  
• Supervision of the following areas, parts department staff, service department staff, technicians and road service staff
• Based in Sudbury but travel to other Northern Ontario offices will be required from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years general manager experience in a commercial/industrial sales, service and support setting.
• Technical knowledge with hands on background.

Remuneration;

• Generous base salary
• Bonus (bases on fiscal and operation performance metrics)
