Job Description: General Manager-Mining Equipment Manufacturing Company

This exciting and challenging opportunity requires an ambitious leader with the following:

• Demonstrated results of profitable success in a market with massive growth
• Solid knowledge and understanding of engineering disciplines relative to mining equipment, robotics or other industrial manufacturing
• The motivation to lead a “full service” manufacturing company
• Proven ability to manage a Company’s P and L
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

The General Manager will lead in the following areas:

• Strategic Planning
• Financials
• Organizational Development
• Marketing and Sales
• Operations

Ideally, the successful candidate will have:

• A degree in Engineering
• A degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in a senior management role in a manufacturing environment
• Sales and marketing experience
