Position: Electrical Supervisor

Our client is a major retail supplier of agricultural products and services in North and South America.  They are the only company that is involved with their product from the mining stages to finished product.  A leading global wholesale producer and marketer of all three major agricultural ingredients that is also a premier supplier of specialty fertilizers in North America through an Advanced Technologies business unit.

Qualifications & Education:

• Journeyman Electrician Certificate
• 2-5 years supervisory experience
• Experience in safety management skills and practice
• Excellent interpersonal and communication, planning, problem solving and organizational skills
• Good personal management skills; able to work well in a fast pace “team” environment
• Working knowledge of SAP is an asset

Expected Roles and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining all the electrical equipment and instrumentation on site
• Planning of Electrical work orders
• Working with the scheduling department to schedule electrical work
• Reviewing all Electrical work ordered entered into SAP
• Assisting project group with Electrical requirements for upcoming projects
• Carrying out performance management of Electrical direct reports
• Developing PM’s for Electrical equipment and performing these PM’s when required
• Ensuring all Electrical work is done in accordance with legislated requirements
