Qualifications & Education:
- 3+ years of related experience in a Maintenance, Operations or Technical Field
Expected Roles and Responsibilities:
- This role supports the Manitoba Operations with the implementation of a schope of work identified and approved the Plant Management.
- Identify gaps and suggest an action plan with a scope and schedule to reduce variance.
- May assist with the implementation of various elements of the Production System including: Work Management, Analyze and Improve, Set Service |Strategy and Asset Integrity.
- Involves working with management teams to establish systems training and personnel requirement.
- Ensure that implemented systems and their tools are available along with training requirements for Plant Personnel.
- Audit systems as required in order to validate sustainability to each plant’s performance levels.
- Where gaps exist, provide direction, support and training in order to increase process compliance.
- Facilitate and support plants.
- May represent Manitoba Operations on various teams to share best practices.
- Assist in coordinating and facilitating related training workshops as required.
- Establish a personal annual safety plan in support of Safe Production.
- Communicate and promote implementation activities across Manitoba Operations.
