Locations: Mississauga (Toronto), Ontario AND Val d'Or, Quebec

Our client is an industrial group with world-leading positions in compressors, construction and mining equipment, power tools and assembly systems.  The Group delivers sustainable solutions for increased customer productivity, through innovative products and service.  For this position, the mission is to promote and support the market development of rock reinforcement products. The first position is based in Mississauga and will require traveling across Canada.  The second is based out of Val D’Or and will require both national and international travel.

Qualifications & Education:

• Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering or Geology, Mechanical Engineers will be considered provided they have experience in the mining industry
• 2+ Years in the Mining Industry
• Good working knowledge of Computer Systems (i.e. MS Office)
• Bilingual (English-French)
• Self-motivated and well organized
• Excellent communication skills

Expected Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide training to account management and customers on use of the product(s)
• Assist the account management team in the sales process
• Test new and existing products on customer work sites
• Provide “hands-on” technical support in the after sales process
• Develop technical documentation and other sales tools
• Administrative duties such as Pricelist Updates, Lotus Notes Databases etc.
