Qualifications & Education:

• University degree in Mining or Mine Related Field
• 2+ years experience in mining field
• Experience in working with surface and underground mineral exploration applications an asset
• Fluent in English
• Results oriented, self-motivated and independent
• Creative leader with excellent communication and motivation skills
• Excellent cooperator
• Must be prepared to travel 75-100 days of the year

Expected Roles and Responsibilities:

• Continue to grow and establish market leadership globally
• Coordinate activities from the identification of customer needs to the innovation-design, leading sales and service of the product line
• Required to offer commercial and technical support to sales companies and dedicated agents/distributors
• Define market leading value creation
• Maintain application knowledge and definitions
• Establish and maintain product strategy within range of product
• Produce and maintain sales literature and sales arguments
• Support customer centres to improve product and application knowledge, sales and competitor information
• Collect and interpret information on customers’ present and future needs
• Be active as a member of product development project-teams
• Be prepared to assume project leadership for pre-studies and minor projects
• Contribute to achieve the consolidated sales and profitability targets
