Qualifications & Education:

• 3+ Years of experience in a manufacturing facility
• Hands-on background in improving production equipment
• Post-secondary education in Electro-Mechanical field
• Self-motivated and excellent organizational skills
• Focused problem solver and committed to goals
• Excellent communication skills

Expected Roles and Responsibilities:

• Will focus on production improvement areas such as QA, installation of custom-engineered systems for the factory and production of conceptual models and drawings of systems for proposals
• Will have the mandate to lead changes and work with Production Manager in order to improve production facility
• Assist with production of models, time studies, floor layouts, detailed manufacturing drawings and controls schematics for systems
