Position: Process Control Supervisor
Location: Thompson, Manitoba

The Manitoba division in Thompson is a fully integrated mining, milling, smelting and refining facility.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience
- 2nd Class Power Engineer
- Experience in running power or steam plants
- Maintenance experience
- Control room experience
- Supervisory experience
- Certification or experience with Potable Water Treatment Plants
Expected Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership by directing the Utilities operating workforce in day-to-day production activities
- Co-ordinate equipment availability to meet customer needs
- Facilitate orderly maintenance using the FLPS system
- Good understanding of operating/maintenance systems
- Trade specific knowledge
- Understanding of cost & budget system
- Computer skills essential (MS Office)
- Project Management
- Communication skills
- Effective time management
- Multi-tasking skills
- Good judgment
- Appropriate technical skills
