Qualifications:

• 20+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural/Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in AutoCad, Windows and Outlook
• Group supervising experience
• Leadership and team-building skills
• Fluently Bilingual (French-English) – Oral and Written

Expected Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the supervision and coordination  of conception and preparation of plans and multi-disciplinary projects in industrial and mining fields
• Validates and prepares quotes and work orders
• Engages in client meetings
• Directs engineering meetings and submits the minutes
• Monitors studies and prepares reports
• Supervise multidisciplinary projects, their progress and quality of work
• Issue disciplinary actions when necessary
• Ensure that ISO Standards are being followed
