Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of Human Resource combined with management experience.
- Bilingual
- Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities
- Strong presentation abilities
- Must be a creative thinker and excellent team player
- Must be a good initiator and possess good negotiation skills
