Our client, an established utilities & wastewater company, has an immediate opening for a qualified individual to fill the position of an Inside Technical Sales Coordinator at our Sudbury, ON Sales Location.

Qualifications and Education:
- Technical diploma (civil, mining, electrical) or engineering graduate
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in a computerized environment
- Team worker with strong organizational, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Verification and preparation of bids and quotations after reviewing tender documents, and as required, reviewing Dewatering project requirements and/or tender documents;
- Following-up on the project activities;
- Co-ordinate and follow-up all phases of pump orders, from initial selection to final product shipping;
- Preparation and submittal of technical documents, as final drawings and electronic filing;
- Issue purchase orders to outside vendors;
- Assistance to our Ontario customers in the equipment selection and verification of correct applications. Accurately responding to their requests or questions;
- Completion of sales orders and rentals orders;
- Assisting the Sales Representatives in the achievement of the Sales Location's and Dewatering objectives;
- Providing assistance, as required, with day-to-day activities;
- Value Based Six Sigma (VBSS) is an integral part of our Company culture. The incumbent will play an important role for the continuous process improvement by using VBSS tools and resources.
